Every guild requires structure to be successful. Unlike many guilds, we prefer not to use the term "rank" to segregate our members. We have defined functional roles that can be filled by any member who shows capability and willingness to do so.
This structure makes an attempt to deviate from the elitist, "clubby" feel of many guilds, and allow members to feel at ease with each other regardless of "rank".
